Application installation packages are not publicly distributed. Use the workspace address and account provided by the owner.

Your local assistant

Install the tower edition, then start Ollama on the tower with your installed model. The default is llama3.1:8b. The built-in guide works without it.

Account & protection

Encryption on the tower

With the vault service running, stored evidence and record content are encrypted at rest. This is server-side encryption: the tower and anyone with access to its encryption key can decrypt it. It is not end-to-end encryption.

Your connection matters

Sessions & downloads

Evidence stays in page memory while you work, not browser local storage. Sign-out clears the workspace. This app signs out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Downloaded originals and exports are plaintext copies on your device.

Keep a recoverable copy

Record export includes notes and transcripts, not original media. The tower's encrypted data and encryption key require a protected backup to recover the whole vault.

Start with a matter.

Choose divorce & family, criminal, civil, employment, estate, or other. A title and description give custom matters the context they need.

Keep the original.

Add photos, screenshots, documents, message exports, and recordings. Notes and editable transcripts sit alongside the original; they do not rewrite it. A SHA-256 hash identifies the stored bytes, but does not independently establish authenticity.

Transcribe when you need it.

With a local model installed, the owner can queue transcription without a payment. Customers first request an actual server quote, then explicitly continue to checkout. Storage alone never starts a paid transcription.

Review before sharing.

Check wording against the source, add context, and mark reviewed. Export text or download originals as needed. Automated transcripts are drafts, not certified legal transcripts.
